That depends on base access procedures, which are set by the installation and not by us. Tell us it is inside on the call so the access question is settled before a truck is committed rather than after it arrives.
Is Gunter Annex the same as Maxwell?
No. They are separate sites in different parts of Montgomery under the same wing. Naming the correct one changes where a truck is routed.
What if I cannot get on base myself?
Say so when you call. Who can be present with the vehicle affects what is possible, and it is better established at the start than discovered at the gate.
